The base is quick-assembly.
Bottle entering and bottle stop structure:Before bottles entering the screw, to check if the bottles can go through and primarily increase the space between bottles, to make preparation for entering the screw at a high speed.
Bottle entering structure: special bottle entering screw, both screws at front and back, the torque limiter can ensure the smooth entering of bottles.The screw and bottle protecting and pushing board are both quick-assembly type and has positioning function, no need adjustment once it’s adjusted.Star wheel of bottle inlet and outlet:It’s connected with the main turntable gear, responsible for the transition of bottle inlet screw and main turntable.the torque limiter can ensure the smooth entering of bottles.The screw and bottle protecting and pushing board are both quick-assembly type and has positioning function, no need adjustment once it’s adjusted.2.3 Labeling working principal:
This labeling machine is rotary and continuous type. It can automatically adjust the driving of bottle inlet and outlet. The bottles driven by the conveyor are separated by the bottle separating screw according to the space of star wheel,then the star wheel transfers the bottles to the turntable.The bottles will be set by the bottle pressing structure and bottle mold base, then the bottles start to self-rotate and label.
When the bottles reach the position of electric eye detection,label sending system starts to send labels and then the high speed cutter will cut the label. It adopts Japan Yaskawa high speed servo motor which can ensure the accuracy and stability of label sending and cutting.
The cut labels will be sent to the gluing system which will glue two ends of label. This way of gluing can make min consumption of hot glue.
The glued labels will be rotated to the labeling position. During label transition,the bottles are in a rotating condition, so the labels can be applied smoothly and tightly to the bottles.The glued ends of label can be overlapped well. Thus, the labeling process finished.
2.4.Safety and protection part:
Power supervision:When the power is on over-voltage or under-voltage or phase loss or phase error, the power will be cut automatically and alarm to prevent electrical parts from being damaged Safety protection:When the door opens, the machine is not allowed to run. In urgent conditions, press emergency stop.
Label condition:When labels are used out, it will lower down its speed and alarm. When the label tension is abnormal, it will stop and alarm. When there is continuous loss of label detection and too much deviation in label cutting, it will stop automatically and alarm.
Glue detect:It’s not allowed to run when the glue liquid temperature doesn’t reach melting value. When the glue temperature exceeds the upper limit, the heater will stop heating and alarm. When the glue level is low, it will alarm and its speed will slow down.
Alarm when missing labeling:When there is missing labeling, its speed will low down and alarm.
Product control:When there lacks of bottle at inlet or blockage at the outlet, its speed will lower down and the indication light will give indication,The production speed will be resumed automatically after the status is released.
Parts supervision:It will alarm when the servo motor or frequency converter has failure,or there is short cut,it will alarm.
Pressure detect:When the pressure doesn’t reach the required condition,stop the machine.
Blockage of product:When the main turntable or bottle inlet screw or bottle outlet star wheel has blockage, it will stop and alarm.
