Hot water system Hot water tank is used to prepared the hot water for the sugar melting. There are two heating types of the hot water system hot water tank, one is used the steam heating, the other one is using the electric heating. For small capacity, we can choose the electric heating method, for the big capacity, we can choose the steam heating.
